  • Jeff Ross Capwell
    Chairman / Chief Executive Officer
    Jeff Capwell came to NCS, January 4, 1984 with thirteen years experience in the fundraising business. He was president of Henco, Inc., which was, at the time, one of the largest and most successful fundraising companies in the nation. Mr. Capwell is also a past president and founder of the National Association of Fundraising Companies, a trade association. He received his M.M. Ed from Mississippi State University. In 1986 he graduated from the OPM Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
  • J. Ross Capwell, III
    Director
    Ross Capwell joined NCS in 1985 as Computer Systems Operator. Since that time he served as Product Operations Manager and Systems Analyst. He was named Chief Operations Officer in April of 1994. Mr. Capwell received his B.A. in General Business from The University of Mississippi in 1990.
  • Jackie Capwell
    Director
    Jackie has been with NCS since 1986. She has worked in publisher relations, processing, and as office manager for NCS. She received her B.S. Degree from Delta State University.
  • Jason Cater
    President / Chief Operations Officer
    Jason Cater joined NCS in November 1994. Having studied computer science at The University of Memphis, Jason enjoys the unique challenges of working in the magazine industry. Jason was named president of the fulfillment division in 2009 after having served as Vice President of MIS for the previous 8 years.
  • Jerry Harden
    Chief Financial Officer
    Jerry Harden was named Chief Financial Officer of NCS in April, 1994, having served as the corporate controller since 1988. Prior to his association with NCS, he was Controller and Management Information Officer for Riverdell of America, Inc., a large national chain of psychiatric hospitals. Mr. Harden received his B.A. from The University of Memphis in 1975.
  • Glyn Standen
    Vice President Sales & Marketing
    Glyn started his career in magazine circulation in London where he held various circulation positions for 10 years. He immigrated to the U. S. and has held senior circulation positions including New Age Journal, The Robb Report and McGraw-Hill’s BYTE Magazine. He moved into subscription fulfillment when he joined Kable Fulfillment Services where he held the positions of Senior Director of New Business Development and V. P. Client services. He spent 11 years with Kable until joining NCS Fulfillment. Glyn brings a unique blend of subscription circulation and subscription fulfillment experience to the company.
  • Steve Strickman
    Consultant
    Steve Strickman is best known as the founder and first president of Communications Data Services (now called CDS Global), the largest subscription fulfillment service company in the country. He was president and chairman for 14 years.Steve has also been a consultant to several fulfillment service companies. He has a BS in Engineering from Lehigh University, an MS from New York University, and served on the graduate faculty at Stevens Institute of Technology. In 2006 he received the Hall of Fame award from the FMA.
