    Dianne joined the company in 2004 as a customer service representative. After being promoted to customer service team leader, Dianne joined the client relations team in 2010. In her spare time she enjoys fishing with her son and spending time with her grandchildren.

    Retta has been with NCS since 2005. She started out as working in the outbound sales department, later moving to the inbound customer service department.
