Hosted Forms

Our hosted solution is for clients who want an online ordering and customer self-service with the least amount of fuss. So if you're less technically inclined or your IT department has more pressing matters than configuring and maintaining an online ordering system, let us handle the details for you.

How it works

From your perspective

  1. You notify your account representative that you'd like to setup online ordering. She will ask you to send either an HTML template (the "look" of the site) or, if you want a minimally styled set of pages, a color logo.
  2. We will create a basic set of pages for both new subscriptions and basic account maintenance (renewals, invoice payments, address changes, and missing issues.)
  3. You will add the following links to your website:
    • https://magname.magcs.com/subscribe — New subscription page
    • https://magname.magcs.com/account — General self-service pages (renew, pay invoice, change of address)
    • https://magname.magcs.com/renew — Direct link to renewing
  4. You now have fully functional online ordering, with real-time credit card processing and immediate posting of new orders and updates to your file.

From your customer's perspective

  1. Your customer will go to your website and see a link to "Subscribe Now."
  2. Clicking this link will take them to our site, with a form asking for his name, address, payment information, and number of issues to order (if applicable).
  3. The customer fills out the form and clicks "Submit".
  4. The customer sees a receipt page with a confirmation of his order, including his new account number. He will also receive the same receipt by email.
  5. The customer returns to your site to continue browsing.
